Easter egg “Sakura Branch”

The work was inspired by a trip the master took to the parks and gardens of Japan. The stand for the egg is rendered in the shape of a Japanese park lantern and made of a rare shade of jasper. Inside the egg is a sculpture of God - the benefactor of the family hearth that keeps happiness and prosperity.
Inset in the stand is a clock with a mechanism by the Swiss firm by ETA.
Materials - gold, silver, pearl, transparent enamel against a guilloched background, jade, jasper.
