Warranty, safekeeping and care of jewelry pieces
Warranty
The firm offers a lifetime warranty on its creations.
However, it’s important to remember that these exquisite works must be handled with care, and that enamel is a delicate material which suffers from being dropped or stricken.
In most cases of minor damage, the studio workshop can repair the piece for free. If however, the integrity of the piece has been grossly violated and serious repairs are required, repair work will be done for a fee.
The warranty becomes void if any attempt is made to have the piece repaired at another workshop.
Caring for our jewelry pieces
Pieces with diamonds should be boiled on low heat for 3-5 minutes in water that has been treated with ammonia and soap. Add a tablespoon of ammonia and just a dash of soap to 100 g of water. After boiling, rinse with flowing warm water and let air dry without wiping.
Pieces with enamel many not be boiled, but should be wiped off gently with a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol.
